Childs Yoga w/ Sarah Santangelo
Ages 5-10

Allow your child to express their being on Wednesday's at 4:30pm. This class will allow your child to explore with free movement in a non-competitive and nurturing environment. A great way for children to improve strength, flexability, focus,and coordination with challenging and fun poses.This class will focus on breathing techniques, body awareness, and consentration in a fun manner with animated animal poses, music and literature. My goal is to help develop strong bodies and minds all while learning a healthy way to release tension and relax.Parents are welcome to accompany their child.

Energy Exchange: $10.00. Parents are welcome to accompany class at no extra charge.
