We are excited to announce that we are hosting “An Evening with Neuroscience” again this year! For five straight years, Grey Matters has been providing this platform for a conversation between neuroscience experts and the general public. On April 13th, we invite you to Kane 130 at the University of Washington to learn about the brain from some of Seattle’s most distinguished neuroscience professionals. Whether you'd like to presubmit a question, ask one at the event in our popular "ask the panel" segment, or if you'd just like to hear what our prestigious panel has to say, EWN is a spectacularly fun event that is sure to teach you something special about your brain.
On Friday, April 13th, a panel of neuroscience professionals will hang out and discuss up-and-coming research, their favorite stories and myths, and a brainy joke or two.
Come join us for a fun and informal discussion. This event is open to everyone—no neuroscience background needed! During the first 60 minutes, the panelists will discuss topics submitted by the public at this link: http://greymattersjournal.com/ewn/#Participate . Then, we will open the floor for the audience to ask questions (or share their favorite brain joke). Some lucky guests will even walk away with door prizes.
