The TEDxUofW team is excited to announce the release of our upcoming TEDx conference! The TEDxUofW 2018 conference is taking place on May 5th in Kane Hall at the University of Washington. Inspired by President John F. Kennedy’s 1962 Address at Rice University, the theme for this year is Moonshot and is meant to symbolize the importance of thinking big, taking risks, and shooting for the moon — whether you’re successful or not. The conference is open to all UW students, family, and community members.

Location and Date: Kane Hall, May 5th 2018 at 10am - 4pm.

Speakers: We are welcoming 14 amazing and diverse speakers! The talks this year will range from space exploration, the Seattle music scene, feminism in STEM, and much more! Check out our website www.tedxuofw.com for more details.
