If you were born with 2 left feet && dancing isn’t your jam...TRY TABATA!! Get the same benefits Kangoo Jumps offer (burn more calories while protecting your joints) without the fear of looking and/or feeling uncoordinated.

What is Tabata?
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
20 seconds on. 10 seconds off. 8 rounds. Followed by a 1 minute break.

Class Format:
20 Min. Tabata using Kangoo Jumps
20 Min. Muscle Conditioning on yoga mats, using KJ’s for resistance.
