Does your dog listen to cues (commands) in your home but not outside? Do you lose your dog's focus as soon as another dog, person, cat, bird, squirrel is in their environment? Then this seminar is for you!

This seminar will teach you how to break down what distracts your dog into different elements, which you can recreate when training your dog. By breaking distractions into parts we can set our dogs up for success, adding one element in at a time!

We will also cover treat stations (to ensure your dog will listen to you, even though you have no treats on you), reward grading and reward matching.

Everything you need to sharpen up your dog's responses to you and their cues!

This talk is for owners only, so please leave dogs at home.

Topics covered include;

How dogs learn
Considerations before training your dog
What equipment to use
Distraction training
Avoiding stress and frustration (for our dogs and us!) when training
Elements - smells, sounds, vibrations, visual
Treat stations
Reward grading
Reward matching

The cost of this seminar is £12. All dog owners are welcome to join.
