This program is a combination of Boot Camp, HIIT, circuit training, TRX and outdoor activities. This is a two week staged program allowing for progression throughout so that you can get the maximum amount of results in the minimum amount of time. By using multiple modalities each class is different so your body is constantly challenged. You’ll see yourself progress with each workout week to week. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, exercises will be shown with modifications. Classes are 30 to 45 minutes long, most being 35 to 45 minutes but there will be some short ones in the mix!
All ages are welcome, minors 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Sign up and payments must be done in advance, sign-ups will close April 2. A minimum of four participants required to run this program so grab a friend and have a blast.
