This program is a combination of Boot Camp, HIIT, circuit training, TRX and outdoor activities. This is a two week stage program allowing for progression throughout so that you can get the maximum amount results in the minimum amount of time. By using multiple modalities each class is different so your body is constantly challenged. You will see yourself progress with each work out week to week. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, exercises will be shown with modifications. Classes are 30 to 45 mins. long, most being 35 to 45 mins. but there will be some short ones in the mix!
All ages are welcome, minors 14 to 17 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. A minimum of four participants is required to run this program so grab a friend! 1-3 day a week options, all 2 to 3 days a week receive a tank top or a T-shirt of their choice. Sign up and payment must be done in advance, sign ups close 4/2 so don’t wait!
