Michael Zandl
Michael will present the first research for his new solo-show Mimicry.
Duration: 15 min
Technical assistance: Tom André Henden
In biology ‘Mimicry’ describes the close resemblance of an organism to a different organism, such that it benefits from the mistaken identity. But not only in the animal world things are not always what they seem to be. In ‘Mimicry’ the artist wants to give the audience an insight into another world. A world that is a little bit strange, full of illusions, surprises and primarily consisting out of one thing, hats. But these objects are not always what they appear to be and you could almost think, that some of them have their own mind.

Flip & Fly
Philipp and Jonas are showing the first research for their new street show.

Flip'n'Fly is a duo of freshly graduated flying acrobats. Jonas and
Philipp. They graduated this summer from the circus school Codarts in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Jonas is from Denmark, Philipp is not. Philipp is German. In their new creation "Falling with style" they play with different setups of their jumping apparatus. The Teeterboard. With this wooden plank they catapult each other up to seven meters high in the air. One step closer to the dream of flying like a bird...
