This 4-week series will provide a healing blend of meditative movement and seated practice. We will enter a series of gentle Hatha yoga postures through meditation, using movement and breath to stretch the body, open the heart, and quiet the mind. Every class will begin and end with a guided meditation. Safe assists and modifications protect shoulder, wrist, and back injuries. Accessible to people who are new to yoga and meditation, and to more experienced practitioners. Rest your mind and enliven your spirit with meditation in motion.
