Kelly Jayne’s has designed two different cake courses related to the design and production of wedding cakes. The Advanced Course consists of more advanced techniques as well as latest cake trends. Each course consists of either 4 x half day Saturday sessions or 2 x full day sessions.

The Beginners Course aims at building a general knowledge as well as basic techniques in the world of wedding cake decorating.
