Foundation Training is a safe and effective exercise program focused on the posterior chain of muscles. Postural body weight exercises will be taught in this class. Incorporating these principles into your daily routine will heal pain naturally, prevent common injuries, build strength, enhance athletic ability and improve your posture.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class.

This class will be the introduction to the upcoming 3 session workshop at the Ken Caryl Community Center.
The 3 session workshop will be a class focused on increasing flexibility and strength all while improving current back pain and preventing back injuries. We’ll also work on your posture and teach you new and efficient ways to move. You’ll be given exercises to work on at home between classes and will have 12 new exercises to help you stay healthy when you complete this program.
