An Instant Pot is a handy small appliance which the company claims can replace 7 other appliances! It acts like a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, saute pan, yogurt maker, and more by preparing healthy, tasty dishes up to 70% faster. A lot of people love them, but a lot are also terrified by them. Abigail Creigh from the Noble County's Purdue Extension Office will put your fears to rest and show you how to make the most of this new kitchen technology. Registration is required, as space is limited. To sign up, call 343-2010 or use the online event calendar at www.kendallvillelibrary.org.
