Join us on Sunday April 22 for Earth Day as we give back to our Kern River.
We will meet at the Upper Richbar picnic site in the Kern Canyon to organize and disperse volunteers at several locations along Highway 178.
Live Oak, Lower and Upper Richbar, Delonegha, Remington and Miracle Hot Springs will be on our to do list. All ages welcome. Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. This is a family friendly event, so bring everyone out, including your in-laws.
Please dress according to weather. Hiking shoes and boots recommended. Hats, sunscreen and long sleeve shirts preferred but not required.
We will supply trash bags, pickers and gloves along with snacks and refreshments.
