In this Bread Masterclass we explore technical breads such sourdoughs. Learn how to make a sour starter and get hands on with the dough to make a sour dough loaf in a traditional style banneton. We also make breads such as ciabatta working through techniques like over night proves. It is good to have some experience of baking bread before coming on this course and if there are specific advanced bread doughs that you especially want to cover please get in touch to let us know.
