Looking to tune up for the upcoming season? Want to step up your Rec. league game? Looking to learn some new ultimate skills? Just trying to get into better shape with some group motivation? Grab your running shoes and join coaches Satoru Ishii and Stefan Kirk for a four-session conditioning and skills boot camp focused on ultimate specific agility, endurance, power and disc skills you can incorporate into your own routine.

Schedule, Times and Location

*Due to the weather delays, additional sessions will be held on Wednesday, March 28th, April 4th and April 11th

The conditioning series will be held at Kezar Stadium and will meet at the west end-zone from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. The series will run every Tuesday, from February 27 through March 20. If sessions are canceled due to severe weather, an additional session will be held on March 27.

Registration

Participants can purchase individual sessions for $7 per session or sign up for the whole series for $20 ($5/session).

Bootcamp Proceeds

Proceeds from this fundraising event support both Vampire Ultimate (by providing monetary assistance to their players in financial need) as well as the Bay Area Disc Association.

Financial Aid

Please complete the financial aid application if you are experiencing financial hardship and cannot afford fees for participation in a Bay Area Disc program. Bay Area Disc has limited funds to distribute in financial aid and will not be able to fund 100% of all applicants’ requests. Please be mindful of this when making requests. A committee consisting of the Bay Area Disc's Executive Director and Manager of Adult Programs will review your request and inform you of their decision. Applications should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start date of the program.
