you may have followed along our last giveaway “love matters more,” we enjoyed it so much we are doing another one!
each monday, beginning april 9, we will post our weekly theme along with a prompt that asks us to explore what yoga means and why we practice (or would like to start!). you can follow along quietly, or participate for you chance to win a kindred yoga unlimited month membership.
here’s how to enter: make a post sharing your response to the weekly prompt via instagram or facebook tagging kindred yoga so we can see it. you must make a post each week (4 in total) to be entered to win.

you can find kristi teaching yoga at kindred yoga or being taught yoga in her living room by her four year old daughter abigail, either way, she lives, breathes and is tattooed in yoga.
you can find brandi mostly outside talking to the animals with her sidekick, big-little dog gizmo, but when she’s inside she is guiding people to be the best they can be at kindred yoga.
you can find erin doing planks anywhere and everywhere, if you’d like to do them with her she usually includes a couple in the noon hour classes at kindred yoga.
you can find tiffany either teaching people how to have well behaved dogs or teaching people how to have well behaved hips, it’s one of the ways she shares at kindred yoga.
you can find renée between medicine hat where she teachers the mammas-to-be at kindred yoga and edmonton where she is currently taking additional prenatal training. it’s not all prenatal though—her nurturing and motherly heart comes from having two boys of her own.
you can find jane bonding her two adoptive bunnies, perhaps a similar process to bonding body, breath and mind. jane leads the restorative class at kindred yoga.
