Artist Candice McGaw and scientist Danni Ratnayake will discuss ideas behind 'Transient Structures', the potential in art/science collaborations, and the regenerative medicine research conducted at the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute in Clayton.

Time: Saturday 9 June, 2 - 3pm
Venue: G1 + G2, Kingston Arts Centre, 979 Nepean Hwy. Moorabbin
Tea and coffee provided. All welcome to attend.
'Transient Structures' explores how biological, aesthetic and big picture questions of regenerative medicine can be translated in paintings, drawings and sculpture.

Primarily working in painting and drawing, McGaw is interested in classical history, medical science and figuration and borrowing from these to comment on subjects such as feminism, physical and emotional responses and the experience of space.
Kingston Arts seeks to create an inclusive space for all persons, regardless of culture, gender, sexuality, religion or ability to safely visit and enjoy programs.

Kingston Arts Centre and City Hall are both fully-accessible venues. Both venues located 2-min from Moorabbin Train Station on the Frankston Line.
