When a zombie bites Chuck Norris, Chuck Norris doesn't turn into a zombie, the zombie turns into Chuck Norris. Let's face it though, Chuck Norris doesn't live in Minnesota. The odds of being saved by good ol' Chuck around here are slim.

Okay, then! Plan B: Learn to fend for yourself! Making breads + biscuits from scratch. Things that our grandmas and great-grandmas likely knew how to do, but have fallen by the wayside in the last generation or so. We have a strong feeling these skills will be making a comeback soon, and we'd like to lead the charge!

On the docket its:
-Milling fresh grains in class
-Making freshly Milled Whole Wheat Buttermilk Biscuits
-Making Freshly Milled Whole Wheat Rosemary Focaccia.


Tammy Kimbler is a good friend, neighbor, and blogger One tomato, two tomato. To use a quote from her About Me page, "I grow, forage, can, dry, pickle, ferment, brew, age, cook and eat from my garden, backyard, roadsides, hillsides and local farms. I eat well and love to feed others as often as possible."

We are super excited to have Tammy in for a series of classes, designed to help you feed yourself! Classes will take place on Sundays from 1-3:30 in the afternoon, and will be hands on with a take home item (or two) after each class. Heavy apps and bubbles are included with the class.
