Spring Performance Prep 6 Week Series

This Knockout Performance program will get you stage-ready whether you are joining to enhance your competition or performance methods, you can expect to work hard and improve your body, mind, and soul.

In this series you will start off with a 15 minute performance conditioning series that includes circuit style strength training specific to pole dancing and tabata style cardio to prepare you to sustain an intense 3-4 minute routine. For the remainer of the class you will learn topics such as routine concept development, stage presence skills, musicality, and MORE!

Additional evening Open Studio opportunities will be open to students who participate in this series.

*All students are welcome to participate in the studio show.
**Students must purchase separate registration for competitions

This class has been 90 minutes previously, but due to time constraints is now a 60 minute 6 week series.
