Sick of drinking mimosas for breakfast? Our coffee stout will be sure to get your morning (or evenings) off to a good start. We began by crafting this stout with a rich and complex malt body consisting of Caramel malt, Flaked Oats, Chocolate malt, and Roasted Barley. To help provide balance East Kent Golding and Willamette hops were used to provide a slight bitterness to counteract the sweetness. The addition of Union Place Coffee Roasters coffee beans in the fermenter provide delicious notes of a fresh cup of joe. The IBUs reside at 31 and an 8.2% ABV. See everyone March 28!
