This series will take you through the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga and the 7 limbs of Hatha Yoga. You will learn about yoga philosophy, lifestyle practices, pranayama & meditation techniques, basic Ayurvedic principles, and gain an in depth understanding of Asana and alignment.
This is the first part and a pre-requisite for Kosha Yoga’s Teacher training which begins in the Spring 2018
