How to Use Props in Restorative Yoga
Restore, relax, revitalize, renew. Share a two hour retreat as we learn to reset from our busy days with the teachings of BKS Iyengar. You will learn extended poses supported by props allowing your body to rest and refresh. Center your body and breath through this physical and mental practice of both stillness and gentle movement. Each pose will help increase peace, alignment, mindfulness, and circulation, while reducing anxiety, pain, and insomnia.
Leave feeling recharged and prepared to share Restorative Yoga with others.
