You will learn about and develop the following:

• Strength- We will be looking at different muscle contractions, bent arm, and straight arm strength, positions, and postures that will be needed in performing a handstand.

• Mobility- Learning how to take care of wrists, forearms, and shoulders with manual therapy techniques.

• Co-ordination – Body Awareness, Proprioception – via Manual therapy techniques, breath work, and Locomotive sequences.

• Confidence- How to develop confidence and move with and through fear.

The focus will be on conditioning, alignment, mobility and overcoming the fear of falling which will literally change your perspective and leave you inspired!

Beware, as you might become addicted to being upside down and having fun!
