The workshop will explore the key principles of a Dynamic Body class, alignment, form and body awareness. We will delve deeper to enable you to connect with and enhance your understanding of the body in motion. Looking closely at how to strengthen and lengthen the muscles in a safe way, receiving one on one adjustments and valuable information on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Ensuring you leave with knowledge transferable to any movement practice and like every Dynamic Body class, you are guaranteed good tunes and lots of laughs!
About Letitia -
Letitia has a deep understanding of the body in motion, whilst training as a dancer, she explored many movement methods including release techniques, Pilate’s, Feldenkrais, Klein technique and body conditioning.
These techniques have informed her approach to teaching, the functionality of movement is at at the core of her classes, creating strong lean muscles that will support you in and out of the studio!
