Meditation is a body practice. We use the body as a gateway into a vaster understanding of our Self and the world around us by bringing our attention inward. Through this exploration we find deeper levels of awareness. Our relationship to the world becomes more intimate. The space between our internal experience and the world around us begins to bridge. We find peace, joy, clarity and spaciousness, all as a consequence of a deeper understanding of reality. There are many paths to truth, and this practice is not the only way. Be versatile in the way you explore the world and yourself. Please join us here if you are drawn and able!
