For this month's Caiger Kitchen Supper at Kultured, we're excited to be collaborating with the brilIant Mazi Mas team. This award - winning social enterprise trains women from migrant & refugee backgrounds to work in the food industry. We've been truly inspired by their work & can't wait to welcome them to our supper club. Here's our menu:


Kuku sabzi, shallot yoghurt, barberries, dill, rose (v) (Persian Mazi Mas)

Patacones, guacamole, spiced prawns, chimichurrie (Costa Rican Mazi Mas)

Lamb shaiyah, chargrilled aubergine, tahina, flatbread, mint, sumac (South Sudanese Mazi Mas)

Slow pulled goat croquettes with kimchi mayonnaise (Caiger & Co)

Tempura asparagus, rocket and smoked almond pesto (Caiger & Co)


Levanghe chicken, pomegranate, walnut, coriander and saffron jeweled rice, herb yogurt, pickled garlic (Iran Mazi Mas)

Brown butter and sumac basted radishes, savoury buckwheat granola (Caiger & Co)

Charred purple sprouting broccoli, herby, anchovy & preserved lemon dressing, deep fried capers (Caiger & Co)

Pomegranate glazed aubergine with all the above sides (Caiger & Co)


Prestinos, frozen vanilla custard, kumquat and cinnamon caramel, candied orange (Costa Rican Mazi Mas)
