This “Dealing with Stress" Workshop will give you an introduction to stress management meditation, followed by an open-eye deep kundalini yoga meditation class, taught by a spiritual teacher certified in an ancient tradition and lineage.
Stress can be uncomfortable, draining. We may feel like we're going to explode with the pressure. We may feel backed into a corner with no place to go, like there's no end, no escape. Yet we were born with a system inside that can not only survive and tolerate stress, but can thrive on it by turning it all into energy to fuel our lives. We just need somebody to teach us how to do it.

Please arrive at the north (Glisan St.) wheelchair-accessible entrance by 10:15; you may park in the lot, no towing.
$5 donation is requested to help pay the rent, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Yoga mats are not needed; cushions and chairs are provided for sitting. Wear comfortable clothes. Beginners welcome!
