Chef Joe will showcase on how he cuts 140 pound Bluefin Tuna. Premium Norwegian Salmon will be served as an appetitzer and our Bluefin Tuna will be served as our main course. We will also feature imported Japanese Wagyu beef -- the finest in the world-- as an appetizer as well as with the main course. Come and join us to taste fresh caught whole size Bluefin Tuna.
