REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 31
Greek tiropitas are delightful, flaky, baked cheese pocket. They are a versatile and simple addition to meals (and they freeze well!). This is a great way to introduce young chefs to cooking. This event is ideal for adults looking to learn about a new dish and kids who have a little experience with cooking. Sign up your group of no more than five people.
Pre-Registration required. (This is a free event, but we need to know you are coming.) Contact the library or sign up online through the link under "Tickets". This is a limited space event.
Sign up and meet us at the Community Building Kitchen for this Library hosted event. We will demonstrate how to mix and assemble tiropitas, then cut you loose in groups of no more than five (5) to make your own batch. While those freeze, we will sample the demonstration batch of tiropitas, and sample some other simple, tasty Greek dishes, like tzatziki sauce, tabbouleh, and more.
