This weekly family event features artist-led workshops and friendly gallery tours and activities thematically based on special exhibitions and LACMA’s permanent collection. Create memories together and have fun!

Do you like to keep pictures of your friends? So does artist David Hockney—so he painted portraits of 82 of his friends. In the exhibition "David Hockney: 82 Portraits and 1 Still-life," get to know his friends, then make your own portraits in art workshops.

While you're here, visit BCAM to see more than a thousand miniature cars zooming through Chris Burden's kinetic sculpture, "Metropolis II," in action every Sunday at the following times: 10:30–11:30 am; 12:30–1:30 pm; 2:30–3:30 pm; 4:30–5:30 pm.
