Come learn about the exciting world of birding in this 2 day workshop! This program is designed for people who want to learn the basics of bird watching such as how to properly use binoculars and how to use a bird field guide book. Special guest presenter Gene Blacklock, author of "Birds of Texas, a Field Guide" will guide you through all of the basics and set you on the path to your own birding adventures. Instruction will consist of a Saturday afternoon presentation and a Sunday morning guided bird walk. Space is limited, so contact the Park Office today at 361-547-2635 to reserve your spot!
