Practice calligraphy writing using markers and cartridge fountain pens, as well a dip pens and ink. Alphabet samples and practice sheets will be provided, and the program is sponsored by the Friends of the Lake Geneva Public Library.

Glass pens from the Italian Island of Murano will also be provided to use during the workshop, courtesy of Delaney Street Mercantile in Lake Geneva.
The workshop will be led by Loretta Moorhouse Nussbaum, who received her B.S. in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Loretta Moorhouse Nussbaum was raised in Lake Geneva and graduated from Badger High School before going on to U-W Madison. Nussbaum taught bookmaking and other crafts for children and adults at libraries in Hawaii. After being away for 33 years, Nussbaum has returned to the area and works at the Reference Department at the Lake Geneva Public Library.
