In this class we will explore strengthening, stretching and balance with a special focus on introspection and self-care. We will look at adaptation for physical limitations, alternative practices to accommodate injuries, and yoga as a tool for learning and healing. This class is suitable for beginners, for long-time practitioners returning to yoga with body changes, or for anyone interested in trying the gentler side of yoga.
