Join Lindsay Lambert of Paddling Yogini LLC & One Mind Yoga- Issaquah at the 2018 Northwest Paddling Festival on May 11th & 12th! She will be offering 3 SUP Fitness classes:
*Friday 6pm Sunset SUP Fitness (on LK Sammamish)
*Saturday 2:30pm Foundations of SUP Yoga Seminar (on-land)
*Saturday 3:30pm SUP Fitness (on LK Sammamish)
About classes on water:
We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper paddle positioning, stroke technique, launching, & progressions to getting up. Then we'll add in fitness & yoga on the board! These are all level classes for ages 12 & up.
*No SUP or yoga experience required, but you should feel comfortable in open water (be able to tread water).
*Water classes are weather depending & layers should be worn to keep your body temperature up during class. Bring as little to the water as possible.
How to sign up:
Stop at the wristband sales kiosk to sign waiver & purchase your $10 wristband
Go to the Discover Paddling Booth to sign up for a class (first come first served)
*10 boards available or bring your own!
