9:00 am Announcements and Warm-up led by CrossFit AZO
9:30 am 5K Trail Run/Walk followed by a snack
10:00 am Kids' Fun Run and Obstacle Course
10:30-11:30 Yoga led by Virginia Bird (please bring a yoga mat if possible)
10:30-12:30 Local food prepared by Rustica (included with all paid registrations).
11:30-12:30 Musical performance by Megan Dooley -
12:30-2:30 Lees Adventure Sports kayaking excursion on Long Lake
Visit with the animals, tour the garden, learn about becoming a Lake Village Member. Also, enjoy the opportunity to meet with wellness professionals from Healthy Family Chiropractic (massage available) and Crossfit AZO.
