This is a small group of no more than 3 couples (mum and birth partner), at my premises near Biggar. The small group size creates a cosy and informal setting and fosters a shared sense of camaraderie, which often best suits first time parents-to-be.
The Mongan Method course is designed to enable you to work with your body's natural ability to give birth and you can develop a quick, easy toolkit of techniques to alleviate fears, relax your body and mind and work with your baby and your body.
