Join our volunteer teacher for an all new Chair Yoga program! A signed liability waiver is required. The fitness goals for this program are to improve balance and increase endurance, flexibility, and range of motion. The class is taught in seated and standing positions using a chair as a prop. Research shows that people with Parkinson's Disease can benefit from activities such as Chair Yoga.
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing. If you wish to relax on the floor for the final pose, feel free to bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket.
