Uplifting, energizing and mindful flow class combining yoga postures with breath and movement. Suitable for those who currently practice yoga or do other forms of exercise (e.g. cycling, running etc).
Places are limited and are booked by the half term (6 weeks) and cost £36 for the 6 classes. Drop-in places may be possible if there are spaces. Please email or msg me for booking and availability for drop-in (on the day).
