Join the Wandering Jews as we check out Peruvian cuisine. The Wandering Jews is a dining group loosely based through Congregation Am Haskalah though all are welcome to join with us. Peruvian cuisine including influences from the indigenous population including the Inca and cuisines brought in with immigrants from Europe, Asia and West Africa. The four traditional staples of Peruvian cuisine are corn, potatoes, Amaranthaceaes (quinoa) and legumes. Most dishes are not spicy.
