Join us for a five course wine tasting dinner with a menu designed and prepared by Chef Tim Good of Last Chair Kitchen & Bar and The Cuisine Machine. Menu highlights include steelhead trout with mushroom cream, jumbo shrimp scampi, and spicy Kung Pao pork. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a wine from Dr. Loosen Rieslings or a selection from their sister winery in Willamette Valley, Oregon, J. Christopher Wines. Brian Harlan of Dr. Loosen Wines will be present to discuss the wines and pairings.
