Self-care is the difference between a resourced and vibrant therapist, and a depleted one. For healing professionals whose job is to hold space for clients during their challenging moments, a robust and personalized self-care practice ensures that therapists can fulfill their goals of serving their clients from a place of authenticity and abundance.
Twice a month, we will gather at Launch Wellness Austin to: learn how to establish and maintain a personalized self-care practice; share our experience in a safe and supportive environment; and experience some of the most effective healing tools from yoga, Ayurveda, and yoga therapy. We will discuss relaxation tools and methods, nervous system regulation, physical and energetic self-care, and how to ensure that we thrive as therapists, and continue to work in a way that lights us up and feeds us, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
