Establish a strong foundation in your yoga practice by learning the basics of Hatha Yoga! In this 4-week series, we’ll practice consistent and effective poses for improving posture and increasing strength and flexibility. We will experience simple breath techniques and mindfulness practices to help you calm your mind and focus your energy.
Class time: Wednesdays 7:00-8:15 pm
Series dates: April 18th - May 9th
Location: State Street Yoga Co-op, 602 State Street, Cedar Falls

Class size will be small to allow for plenty of individual instruction, so you can learn the best modifications, variations, and practices for YOUR unique body.
No prior yoga experience needed. Your own yoga mat is recommended.
Must be able to sit/lay down on floor and stand back up with relative ease. (If sitting/laying on the floor and standing back up is a challenge or not accessible at this time, you can still learn yoga! Please contact me for a referral for private sessions with other qualified teachers!)
