You are warmly invited to join Inga Becker for a nourishing and inspiring Restorative Workshop with very powerful and transformative practice of iRest Yoga Nidra.
This practice will help you learn ways to manage and decrease stress, as well as practice self care. By consciously de-activating our sympathetic (fight or flight) nervous systems and actively supporting our parasympathetic (rest and repair) nervous systems we are able to make better choices. This restorative practice soothes your nervous system, helps to quiet your mind and invites you to release deeply held tension. The antidote to stress is relaxation.

- Meditation and centering with pranayama practice
