In hypnobirthing, we say that where the mind goes, the body follows. Since we know that the body reacts to our thoughts and feelings, it's vital that we take care of both.
By combining topics related to your pregnancy and childbirth, exercises to designed around boosting mindset, and experience elements from hypnobirthing, you're sure to come away from the class feeling positive and relaxed!
