This forum will look at the redistricting issue from national and local perspectives. The panelists will discuss Issue 1, a ballot initiative on the May 8 primary, which would reform how Ohio draws district lines for U.S. Congress. The panel will also discuss the expectations for other voting rights issues in 2018, the 2020 Census, and more.
