In this one-hour chair yoga class you will be introduced to the basic elements of yoga. The yoga poses are designed to strengthen and stretch muscles, to relax the mind and body, and to bring a balanced and harmonious state. Practicing yoga is a great way to improve health and overall sense of well-being. Please wear loose or stretchy clothing and bring water. Beginners are welcome. Class led by Certified Instructor Susan Reid.
