Every Thursday afternoon at 4:00-Enjoy a short session of guided meditation followed by discussion. The guided meditations include music and timers and are between 10 minutes and 20 minutes long. We will be in a dimly lit room. Afterwards we will discuss how the meditation made us feel. Meditation benefits can include clarity, connection, emotional healing and gratitude just to name a few. Chairs are provided for your meditation. If you prefer to sit on the floor or lie down, please bring your own yoga mat. Beginners are welcome. This is a mindfulness partnership with Beacon College.
