Join us for an evening with retired university lecturer, Janet Douglas, as she delves into the architectural history of Left Bank Leeds which is now one of the few Grade II* listed buildings in our city, alongside Leeds Grand Theatre, Leeds Town Hall and Leeds Civic Hall. The building was designed by Temple Moore, the leading church architect of the Edwardian period, who was known for using a gothic style in innovative ways.
It will be an informal evening with the opportunity to ask questions. The bar will be open for drinks and bar snacks.
Doors open at 7:30pm and the talk starts at 8pm.
Tickets £5/£4 (conc.)
