Take flight! Learn how to become weightless and balance on your hands.
You will learn how to shift your weight, counter-balance your body, and engage other muscle groups; the essentials to lift-off. This workshop will start with an introduction to arm balancing, followed by a vinyasa flow to warm-up the core, shoulders, and hips.
The last portion of the workshop will explore arm balances in greater detail to learn how to channel these asanas into your practice with lightness and ease. Bring your questions and come ready to explore in a playful environment. All levels are welcome, from frequent flyers to balancing beginners!
