This is a great way for new Ashtangis to get their feet wet or seasoned practitioners to dive deeper into the poses. Ashtanga is the foundation for all Power Yoga classes, in this class explore some of the building blocks of this ancient practice. The Series is intended to realign the spine, detoxify the body, and build strength, flexibility, and stamina. A challenging yet gratifying 2-hour class!
